Hi,
My name is Vic Brown and I’ve been writing about IT and Technology for 10 years. In that time I’ve learned that it’s not enough to write great content that tells stories. You need to understand the reader’s mindset, emotions, and goals when it comes to the way they want to solve a challenge. If the solution doesn’t fit that understanding, then marketing, sales, and SMEs aren’t on the same page.

The most successful content I’ve written balanced input from the CEO, SMEs, and sales shaped and directed by marketing and content directors. This enables a holistic approach to content where blogs, campaigns, and web content flow from eBooks, case studies, and white papers.
